I DO is a local not-for-profit organisation supporting people with disabilities to learn skills, have fun and get involved in the community. We run baking courses with NDIS participants at Lupa Pizzeria in Wollongong.
In our 12-week baking course participants learn hospitality skills and the art of baking woodfired bread, focaccia, pizza, and a range of delicious sweet treats. The bakery gives the participants in our Baking Course the opportunity to develop their hospitality and customer service skills. It is a wonderful opportunity to learn alongside others and to be a part of the community.
Food made during our baking course is sold at the Bakery. Some is also sold at the Café Mouse Market Stall at the Thursday Crown Street Night Markets and at local cafes
All profits from sales of what we’ve made in our course goes back into the organisation for future activities.
All our delicious breads, pastries, cakes, focaccias and pizza are made with love and care.
